• The $500 Visa gift card will be issued per settled refinance loan (minimum loan amount: $250,000) and/or per eligible referral resulting in a settled loan.
• For referred clients, the referrer must be an existing client of Capital Lending Advisory, and the referral must be made prior to the referred loan application being submitted.
• Offer is available once per client or referrer, unless multiple eligible referrals result in additional settled loans.
• Gift card will be issued within 30 days of loan settlement.
• Offer is not available for loan top-ups, internal refinances with the same lender, or business/personal loans not related to residential home lending.
• Clients must mention the promotion at the time of their initial enquiry to be eligible.
• The gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
